Terms + Conditions *

1. The videographer reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes. 2. The videographer(s) takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, the video fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be a refund of the affected element of the package. 3. Because the videographer(s) is generally on the same schedule as the bride and groom, the client agrees to provide the videographer(s) with a reasonable meal during the time that the bride and groom are served at the reception. If this meal is provided out of the view of the reception activities, I cannot guarantee that any events occurring during the videographer's absence will be captured. 4. The video will be completed between 30-90 days after the wedding date. 5. Model's Release and Promotional Material. Client grants the videographer a Model's Release for all purposes. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the videographer from any action by a person at their wedding whose image is used by the videographer and from whom the videographer does not have a model's release. 6. The videographer agrees to provide coverage outlined above on the date indicated. The videographer will record the day using their best judgement and will provide the client with the completed package in digital format. 7. The videographer will establish and arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in that range. 8. Any changes to the finished product must be stated within 7 days of delivery. If no communication is made, the product will be deemed satisfactory and no further edits will be made. 9. In addition to the online reservation of the wedding day, a non-refundable 15% deposit of the total cost will be required to officially book the date specified.
